The offseason is over, folks. The trades have been made, the draft picks have been analyzed to death, and your favorite owners have spent the last three months lying to themselves about their rosters. Welcome to the 2026 DWA season.
Let me tell you something — I've been covering this league since the beginning, and I've never seen a more competitive field. Every single owner thinks they're going to win the championship this year. Spoiler alert: eleven of you are wrong.
The defending champion enters the season with a target on their back. Can they repeat? History says no. But history also said the Earth was flat, so what do I know?
What I do know is this: the waiver wire is going to be a bloodbath. The trade deadline will produce at least one franchise-altering deal. And someone — mark my words — is going to make the worst start/sit decision in league history during the fantasy playoffs.
